An iconic Austrian sweet treat brought to its essence: good apples. The default option is vegan without raisins, and since we do not add any sugar but a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top, our Strudel is only as sweet as its apples. Hence, we choose only the finest ones. A touch of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg complete it and we do not doubt that you will agree when we tell you that a piece of warm Hafele Apple Strudel with some hand whipped cream is just a hell of a fine dessert.
Per request we also make the very original with Organic butter, a small amount of Organic sugar and Optional Organic raisins.

Blue cheese, arugula and balsamico turn this into our favourite savoury sandwich. Pairs well with red wine and is an indispensable accompaniment to every charcuterie board. Rye breads of this sort remain very flavourful even as they age.
